Step 1: Complete the 24-25 Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Once a student submits the FAFSA, they will receive a confirmation email giving them an estimated Student Aid Index (SAI).

USF's Financial Aid Office will use your estimated Student Aid Index (SAI) to figure out how much financial aid you might be eligible for. This includes grants, scholarships, and loans from both the university and the federal government.
